The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386, 447, 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 427, 307, 353, 337, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in paragraph-3 of the petition, only one case is registered against these petitioners.

I have perused the case diary. In paragraphs 50, 51, 52, 53 and 55 of the case diary, the petitioners have criminal antecedent of more than one case. Petitioners have suppressed

I have not gone through the merit of this application. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the above named petitioners in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.12 of 2020 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Gaya is hereby rejected.
