Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to deposit Rs.75,000/- against the punitive bill of Rs.1,37,662/-, subject to the final adjudication. The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn, as prayed by the petitioner, with observation that on deposit of Rs.75,000/-, her energy connection would be restored, subject to final adjudication.
