JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 470, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got appointed as block teacher on the basis of forged educational certificates. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the prosecution case does not reflect that which of the certificates of the petitioner were found forged and, now, the services of the petitioner has been terminated. Though, no statement to that effect has been made in the petition. It is further submitted that coaccused Ranjana Kumari has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.40046 of 2014. Moreover, a statement has been made in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33762 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.182 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
