In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 396-C of 2017, Trial No. 3271 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26206 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 Allegation has been made that while the complainant was returning, the accused persons surrounded him and assaulted by means of fist and slaps and also taken away Rs.15,000/-.

There is case and counter case from both the sides and earlier from the side of the complainant, a criminal case was lodged against the petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, District- West Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No. 396-C of 2017, Trial No. 3271 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
