The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 168 of 2018 dated 05.05.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that on the orders of the petitioner, the informant supplied plastic items to him but the payment to the tune of approximately Rs. 4 lakhs is pending against the petitioner. When a demand was made, the members of the family of the petitioner misbehaved with the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the business relationship between the

Hence, a request was made by the petitioner to return the aforesaid articles. The same was never done by the informant and this false case has been instituted. Considering the aforesaid fact viz. the business relationship between the parties and his period of custody which is from 06.05.2018, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge XVII-cumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
