====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 421, 120(b) of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the petitioner attained appointment on the post of Prakhand Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificates. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is still working as Prakhand Teacher. He further submits that no forged and fabricated certificated have been submitted by him and he has been appointed as Prakhand

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19552 of 2022(5) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 Teacher after proper verification of the documents by the concerned authority.

Considering the aforesaid facts that the petitioner is still allowed to work as Prakhand Teacher despite registration of FIR, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise, Begusarai in Warisnagar P. S. Case No. 88 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
