This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Tekari(Mau O.P) P.S. Case No. 181of 2021 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased and also the petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21788 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after fraiming of charge, if the charge is not framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari(Mau O.P) P.S. Case No. 181of 2021. The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial. If the petitioner does not cooperate in the trial, the Court below is at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
