Petitioner seeks bail in Udakishunganj P.S. Case No.164 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 302 Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that from the written report itself it appears that there is lands dispute between the parties. There is specific allegation against co-accused, Ramanand Mehra, of assaulting the Bhaisur of the informant. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 29.05.2018.
