In other words, in a disposed writ petition, filing of Interlocutory Application like MJC is not permissible. If there are any errors which are required to be rectified other than typographical error, the petitioner has remedy of filing review.
2. Therefore, the present MJC No. 942 of 2020 stands dismissed. Dismissal of the present MJC would not be a hurdle for petitioner to file review petition.
