The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 743 of 2011 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of assault and demand of Rs. 300,000/- and also ousted the wife from her matrimonial house. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general omnibus allegation against this petitioner. The petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant and he is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32964 of 2015 (9) dt.17-01-2017 to that effect has been made in paragraph-13 of the petition. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the present petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 743 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
