Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25, 26 of Arms Act.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence had taken place, as alleged in the first information report. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as the seizure has been effected without complying with the mandatory provisions. Though there is one case pending against the petitioner since before but in the said case, he is already on bail. He is in custody in connection with this case since 15.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.875 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar Town Police Station Case No 668 of 2017 subject to the following conditions: (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
