2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 308(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner along with others were hurling abuses and also made fire at the house of the informant and also demanded one lakh rupees as rangdaari.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has further been submitted that nobody has received any injury and not a single penny was

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 13 cases, i.e. why he has been framed in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he is in custody since 17.01.2026.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall remain physically present on each and every date in the learned trial court and shall also mark his attendance weekly at Sabour P.S. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 619 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka.
