====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 27 of 2017, arising out of Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1254 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Specific allegation in the F.I.R is against co-accused namely Sujit Singh. Merely on the basis of suspicion, petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and he is in custody since 16.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

No.54082 of 2018(2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Sasaram, (Rohtas) in connection with S.Tr. No. 27 of 2017, arising out of Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1254 of 2016.
