Mr. Sri Atul Chandra ======================================= CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-09-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nokha (Dharmpura) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 dated 29.03.2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol and seven live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the F.I.R which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54567 of 2018(2) dt.04-09-2018 2/2 reflects that the petitioner was the pillion rider along with two other persons. He further submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case because of his being a political worker.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2018. The other cases against the petitioner are of yesteryears and in all such cases, the petitioner is on bail. For the aforesaid facts and specially the period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas in connection with Nokha (Dharmpura) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018.
