The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents Authority to grant notional promotion to the petitioner from the date when the petitioner became illegible and accordingly, recalculate the difference of arrears and make payment to the petitioner.

(ii) For further direction to the RespondentsAuthority to recalculate and fix the pension of the petitioner granting benefit of 1st ACP

Patna High Court CWJC No.10675 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 and 2nd ACP from the date when he became eligible and accordingly, recalculate the difference of amount and make payment to the same with statutory interest.

(iii) For further direction to the RespondentsAuthority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within time frame considering that the petitioner has already passed in Hindi Noting & Drafting Examination w.e.f. 15.05.1970."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought, is granted.
