The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 123 of 2017, arising out of Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 1034 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Assistant Additional Sessions Judge-I, Saharsa.

The prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected earlier on 11.05.2017 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15608 of 2017 on merit. Now, I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U
