The petitioner, by way of present writ petition, has prayed as under:- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding the Respondent authorities to pay the admitted dues of petitioner for his work done for State of Bihar, during Assembly Election held in the year 2020; when

Patna High Court CWJC No.4861 of 2023 dt.19-04-2023 2/2 petitioner supplied Fire Extinguisher and installed the Fire Extinguisher at different places as per direction of Respondent authorities.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or directions, directing the Respondent authorities to pay the admitted dues with Bank interest to petitioner so that small scale business of petitioner may not become spoiled and petitioner may not become bankrupt.

(iii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ, order or direction to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. In view of the detailed judgment dated 19.04.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4144 of 2023 (Kaushalendra Kumar Singh Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.,), the present writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner as given in C.W.J.C. No. 4144 of 2023(supra).
