2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 525 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 15.11.2023 by the informant, Ranjan Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that brinjal plants was getting removed by the informant and his wife when Nepal Singh and his wife Ruby Devi tried to cut the line that demarcate the others field. Upon protest, this petitioner used 'kodal' on the head of the informant, causing injury. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a minor scuffle, the informant fall down and got

5. Learned APP for the State has taken this Court to the learned Sessions' Judge order to show that the injury on the head has been found to be grievous in nature.

6. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail.

7. Cr. Misc. 23998 of 2024 stands rejected.
