In the light of later development, Appellants have to take further steps in the matter. Resultantly, the present L.P.A. does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the present L.P.A. No. 243 of 2025 stands disposed of. Pending I.As, if any, stands disposed of.

4. Appellants are hereby directed to take a decision on the grievances of the Respondent - Sujit Kumar @ Sujeet Kumar, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
