Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be unemployed person and when he appeared for medical examination for the recruitment of Assam Rifle, it was detected that another person had appeared in written examination in place of the petitioner and thereafter, petitioner disclosed that FIR named accused Arvind Singh, after taking Rs 20,000/- from him, appeared in examination in his place.
