JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 Heard Mr. Rama Kant Sharma, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. Amresh Kumar for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and Mr. Rana Vikram Singh, learned Special P.P. appearing on behalf of the Vigilance. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide detailed order dated 24.09.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.36805 of 2021 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year of custody.
Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received the police paper on 13.04.2022. It is also submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.03.2021.

No.19427 of 2022(3) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Muzaffarpur in connection with Special Case No.13 of 2021, arising out of Vigilance (Patna) P.S. Case No.16 of 2021.
However, the learned court below is directed to frame the charge against the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner shall not co-operate in framing of the charge, the learned court below would be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
