ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.09.2012 passed by S.D.J.M., Banka, by which he has directed for payment of maintenance amount of Rs. 2500/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 in Misc. Case No. 27 of 2009. Since there is no dispute that the parties were married and earlier the opposite party no. 2 had filed a complaint against her husband which shows that there was cause for her to refuse to live with the petitioner and also she was unable to maintain herself, I find no merit in this application.
