Petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2020 and seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon P. S. Case No.39 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Petitioner is said to have established physical relationship with informant on the pretext of solemnization of marriage. The victim was found aged about between 14 to 16 years.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release
