JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No. 4 Jawahar Yadav @ Jawahar Lal Yadav and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-406, 420, 467, 468, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner being Senior Advisor of Sun Shine Global Agro Company Ltd. abated the informant to deposit in the scheme of concerned company and allegedly, when the deposited

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34066 of 2014 (5) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 amount of the informant matured, a cheque was issued which became bounced, when it was presented. Moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner No. 4 that the parties have compromised this case.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner No. 4 namely, Jawahar Yadav @ Jawahar Lal Yadav, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Kaushal Kishore, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Bhagalpur subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
