The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That,this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of CERTIORARI, MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ or writs, order or direction commanding the Respondents to reinstate the service of the petitioner lawfully appointed by the competent authority on the vacant and sanctioned post of Non- Medical Assistant, by setting aside the impugned order dated 18.07.2011 (ANNEXURE -10) passed by one Man Committee in Case No.130 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11156 of 2015(2) dt.04-10-2023 2/2 2010 in contravention of order/ direction dated 11.02.2010 passed by this Hon'ble Court (D.B.) in Clause- (J) of the L.P.A. No.550 of 2009 arising out of L.P.A. No.1623 of 2009, the State of Bihar and others- versus- Sohan Rai and analogous L.P.A.s reported in 2010(2) PLJR-397 and also in contrary to the judgment /order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in M.L. Keshari case reported in 2010(9) SCC 247 to which the case of the petitioner fully coverd with."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present case has already been answered against the petitioner in a judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court, hence the present writ petition be disposed off.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
