JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-09-2019 It is the grievance of the petitioner that her crop insurance claim for the financial year 2015-16 is not being considered and the Bank has not raised the claim for and on behalf of the petitioner as a result whereof the petitioner is being deprived of her group insurance amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation before the Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda, Banjariya Branch, District - East Champaran vide Annexure '3' to the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.6392 of 2019(2) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 application, but no reply thereof has been made available to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Bank submits that if the petitioner has submitted a representation with the Bank, the same will be looked into and an appropriate reply of the same will be sent to the petitioner within a period of 60 days from today.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the writ application is being disposed off with a direction to the Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda, Banjariya Branch, District - East Champaran (Respondent No. 3) to look into the grievance of the petitioner, consider the same and communicate his reply/decision to the petitioner within a period of 60 days from today.
