This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 278 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner and others have taken away the deceased, he did not return and his dead body was found. Ante-mortem injuries have been found on the body of the deceased.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19804 of 2022(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
