JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2016 in connection with Buxar Rail P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 36 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and except recovery of two cartridges and mobile phone from the pocket of the petitioner, no other incriminating goods have been recovered from his possession.

4. Having regard to the period of custody of the above named petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Buxar Rail P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016, with the following condition:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the
