====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 314 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 401, 411, 414, 379 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.08.2018 in Criminal Misc. No. 48018 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56447 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018.
