The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323,353,504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation and statement of the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia (Bhagalpur) in connection with Kharik P.S.
