2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 21.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10055 of 2024 through which petitioner above named has been granted regular bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 21.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10055 of 2024, wherein satisfaction portion of the bail petition has wrongly been typed as "Additional Session Judge-II- cum-Special Excise Court No.1, Gopalganj in place of Additional Session Judge-II-cum- Special Excise Court No.1, Siwan."

4. Accordingly, the satisfaction portion of the bail order dated 21.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10055 of 2024 be modified and same read as "Additional Session Judge-IIcum- Special Excise Court No.1, Siwan in place of Additional Session Judge- II-cum- Special Excise Court No.1, Gopalganj.

5. Hence, the modification application is allowed

6. The other parts of the order dated 21.02.2024 shall remain intact.
