2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of one country made pistol, eight live cartridges and one fired bullet from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2025 and he is accused in nine more cases.

5. In view of the recovery of country made pistol and live cartridges and also in view of the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
