ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 2.5.2015 passed by the Additional District Judge 3rd, Aurangabad, in Sessions Trial No. 334 of 2013/46 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No. 266 of 2006.

It is submitted that the Trial is at the same stage. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to give Dasti to the Petitioner for production of the concerned Doctor and fix one date for his appearance.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be given for his appearance. The Trial is expected to be concluded within a period of three months thereafter.

The application stands disposed off.
