JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of bamboo whereas other accused assaulted the informant by iron rod. Annexure-2 goes to show that the informant sustained two injuries which are said to be caused by hard and blunt substance but both the aforesaid injuries were found simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above
