2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order vide Memo no. 9603, dated 21.10.2024 issued by the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, District - Patna by which he has directed the Anchal Amin to do measurement of the land bearing the Khata No. 739, Khesra No. 4669, 4670 and 4672 including other lands situated in Mauza-Digha, Banshkothi, Ambedkar Colony, Patna without proper verification of the land records since the petitioner is a khatiyani
Patna High Court CWJC No.4786 of 2025(2) dt.03-04-2025 2/2 raiyat of the land. (Annexure-P-3).
3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of Circle Officer, Patna Sadar whereby he directed the Anchal Amin to get the land in question measured.
4. I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U
