The petitioner seeks bail in Rosera P. S. Case No. 51 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Allegation has been made for committing theft of motor-cycle. On the statement of the petitioner motor cycle was recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 12.4.2016. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at
