This is a case registered under Sections 420, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation pertains to selling of stolen motorcycles. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is a bonafide purchaser of the vehicle and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement made by the accused persons. He also submits that other similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail vide order dated 17.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46863 of 2017. Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.08.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

No.56000 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, District Nalanda in Chandi P.S. Case No. 267 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
