2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 318(4), 316(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of BNS.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant has given Rs. 90,00,000/- to this petitioner and Amit Kumar for handing it to over his family members at Kolkata. It is further alleged that this petitioner along with his son Priyanshu has taken cash out of the vehicle and are absconding.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR, it is clear that it is the case of the informant that he has

During course of investigation, it has come that recovery has been made from the house of one Gautam Kumar not from this petitioner. Altogether Rs. 45,00,000/- has been recovered from the house of Gautam Kumar and as far as rest amount is concerned, valuable articles were purchased. Petitioner has been framed in this case only because he is the driver. It has further been submitted that Priyanshu Gaurav has been granted bail by learned co-ordinate Bench of this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 89956 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13.07.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 460 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C.-XIV, Patna with following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in trial and shall
