====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard Dr Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 315 of 2006 registered for the offence under section 364A, 368, 170, 171, 379, 120B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case was lodged long back in the year 2006 and subsequently petitioner has been apprehended, whereas on perusal of the impugned order it is evident that two females were kidnapped for ransom and both the victims have disclosed the name of the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26903 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
