The District Magistrate, Kishanganj and the Superintendent of Police, Kishanganj are directed to ensure at their level by taking whatever steps are required to be taken to ensure production of the private witnesses as well as the IO and the Doctor in Sessions Case No. 136 of 2015, arising out of Thakurganj (Sukhani) P. S. Case No. 43 of 2014, pending before the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Kishanganj within a period of eight weeks. Failure may entail consequences for the two officers.

Keeping in mind that six witnesses, including informant, have already been examined, the trial is at a crucial stage, prayer for bail of the petitioner, above-named, is rejected at this juncture.
