JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the Additional Public Prosecutor. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.154 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 285, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There happens to be an allegation against the petitioner Lakhindar Sahani who have caught hold the informant while Rama Shankar Sahani took out Rs.24,500/- and after the occurrence when the informant raised alarm, Nandan Sahni shot at him causing injury over temporal region of the informant. Petitioners are under custody since 03.07.2018, having no criminal antecedent and

That being so, let both the petitioners, (1) Lakhindar Sahani (2) Rama Shankar Sahani, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st (West) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.154 of 2018.
