The petitioner is accused in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2016, registered under Sections 25(1-A), (1-AA), 26(i)(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that in course of checking of the vehicle, petitioner and one BholaYadav were apprehended by the Police. On search of bags of the petitioner and Bhola Yadav each found in possession of DBBL Gun and 25 live cartridges. On query, Bhola Yadav disclosed that one Pankaj, who is employee in the gun factory, Munger on demand used to give gun. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is private security guard deputed in State Bank of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28028 of 2016 (2) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 India, Purnia Branch, Purnia and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 11.04.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) manish/- U T
