This is an appeal under Sections 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, against refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st-cumSpecial Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Akorhigola P.S.Case No. 43 of 2017 registered under Sections 341,323,325,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3(i) (r) (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act.

The FIR discloses commission of offence under the provisions of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act as alleged. Hence, bar under

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.54 of 2018 (2) dt.16-01-2018 Section 18 of the Act is applicable.

In the circumstances, this appeal against the impugned order of refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail is not required to be interfered with.
