The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 390 of 2019 dated 29.09.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 332, 333, 216, 224, 225, 337, 338, 353, 186, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a / 26/27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report. When the police party had gone to arrest one Md. Jafar, 30 to 35 persons of the village tried to

Some of the accused persons, who have been named in the First Information Report are stated to have been granted anticipatory bail.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and there being absolutely no specific allegation against the petitioner as also taking into account that the petitioner has clean antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Manihari P.S.
