The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 9919 of 2022 which is stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of vide order dated 07.09.2022 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Madhuresh Prasad, which was two weeks time allow peremptory for removal of defects failing which this application shall stand rejected

Patna High Court MJC No.887 of 2024(2) dt.29-08-2024 2/2 without further reference to a bench in the facts and circumstances set forth below.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 3 to 6 of the petition, the MJC No. 887 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the CWJC No. 9919 of 2022 is restored to its original file.
