This revision application has been filed against an interim order dated 05.12.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda at Biharsharif by which the applicant-wife has been allowed an interim maintenance of Rs. 1500/- per month. From the order-sheets of this case, it appears that this petitioner appeared in the case but despite several adjournments granted to him to file his show cause, he did not file his show cause reply. The main case is still pending.

This Revision Application as against an interim

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.376 of 2019(3) dt.22-09-2022 2/2 order would not be maintainable. In this regard, reference may be made to the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of Md. Akil Ahmad v. The State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2016 (4) PLJR 968.
