From perusal of the order dated 11.06.2015 passed by the District Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Civil Misc. Transfer No.22 of 2015, it appears that the Court below found that the ground raised for transfer of the suit which is of the year 2001 are frivolous and then rejected the application.

In such circumstances, when the Court below found the grounds not fit for transferring the case, in supervisory jurisdiction, this Court cannot interfere the impugned order. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
