This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 214 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. Since the petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
