JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 363, 365 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail. The petitioner nos. 1, 3 & 4 are the wives of brothers of the husband of the alleged victim lady, whereas, petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the said victim. Petitioner nos. 5, 6, 7 & 8 are brothers of the husband of the said lady. The First Information Report has been instituted by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42423 of 2014 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 the grandfather of the victim lady.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the case has been instituted because of matrimonial dispute between the grand daughter of the informant and her husband, namely, Naresh Pandit and the petitioners have been implicated in this case only because they are relatives of said Naresh Pandit.

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur, District-Darbhanga, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 190 of 2014 arising out Kusheshwar Asthan P.S.
