Petitioner is accused in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a), 30(d), 38(1), 38(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the house or conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.07.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56120 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-VIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddinngar P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018.
